Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
Sr Technical BA – Provides senior-level technical business analysis, bridging the gap between business and technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
– Responsible for team decisions.
– Lead technical requirement gathering and analysis.
– Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, especially collating BOMs and Tech Arch Diagrams making sure all aspects of the Enterprise Capabilities are covered.
– Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment.
– Conduct technical feasibility studies and impact analysis.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
– Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
– Implement and deploy AI/ML models into production environments.
– Perform data analysis and data preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and tools.
– Conduct experiments and evaluate the performance of AI/ML models.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
– Strong technical and analytical skills.
– Extensive experience in business analysis for technical projects.
– Excellent communication and documentation skills.
– Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts.
– Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
– Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms.
– Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
