Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
The EDA Tech Lead is responsible for the technical oversight of the EDA implementation, working closely with the Onshore EDA Tech Lead to ensure that the technical solutions meet the business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
– Responsible for team decisions.
– Manage the development team working on the EDA.
– Implement the architecture designed by the Onshore Tech Lead.
– Ensure code quality and adherence to architectural guidelines.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
– Report progress and any issues to the Onshore EDA Tech Lead.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
– Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
– Create a proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
– Strong background in EDA and distributed systems.
– Proficiency in event-driven frameworks and tools (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Strong leadership and communication abilities.
– Experience in coordinating with onshore teams.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
– Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
