Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
The Sr Data Scientist leads the development of advanced simulation models, leveraging data science techniques to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of simulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Lead the development of complex simulation models.
– Analyze large datasets to extract insights for simulation purposes.
– Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand simulation requirements.
– Validate and optimize simulation models for performance and accuracy.
– Mentor junior data scientists in simulation techniques.
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
– Document and communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Expertise in data science and simulation modeling.
– Proficiency with data science tools and programming languages (Python, R, etc.).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Experience in deploying and validating simulation models.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
