Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
The Sr Tester leads the testing efforts, ensuring that the system components meet the required quality standards and function correctly under various scenarios.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
– Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
– Identify, report, and track defects.
– Collaborate with developers and BAs to understand requirements and resolve issues.
– Mentor junior testers and ensure testing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Testing.
– Extensive experience in software testing.
– Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
– Hands-on experience implementing various machine learning algorithms.
– Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, etc.).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and documentation skills.
– Knowledge of EDA and related testing strategies.
– Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
