Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models and other algorithms to solve business problems.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and systems, making adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Document AI solutions, processes, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies and compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java is required.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI advancements.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
• Relevant certifications in Data, ML, Software, or cloud platforms are a plus.
• Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
