The Server Arch team aims to strengthen globalization and compliance by constructing a security-friendly architecture, promoting the establishment of a global multi-data center infrastructure and standardized specifications, optimizing and enhancing efficiency, and developing systematic cost evaluation and performance optimization systems to support TT’s long-term development.

Responsibilities:
1. Research and model training infrastructure building of the cutting-edge technologies related to LLM
2. Tracking, reproduction, and effect optimization of the cutting-edge AI large-scale model infrastructure in the relevant fields in the industry/academic community
3. Implementation of LLM in the TikTok business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Master’s degree or above. Majors in Computer Science and Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, etc. are preferred.
2. Years of relevant research and practical experience in the field of deep learning
3. Proficient in at least one of the frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
4. Strong Paper Reading and Coding ability, with 2+ language experiences in Python/C/C++/Java/Golang

Preferred Qualification
1. Have extremely strong ability for independent exploration and problem-solving, and be able to independently find solutions for the problems encountered in the research process
2. Those with relevant projects and research background in large-scale models are preferred
