The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a unique blend of Data Science and Backend Development expertise. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions while ensuring seamless backend integration. The ideal candidate has experience working with Machine Learning (ML) models, Generative AI, and .NET(C#)/Python backend services, making them a crucial part of our AI-powered product development.

As a AI Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy optimized AI/ML models for performance and scalability;
• Integrate NLP and Generative AI models into business applications;
• Develop and maintain backend services in .NET(C#)/Python to support AI-driven applications;
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices to expose AI functionalities to other applications;
• Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) for storing, processing, and retrieving data;
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions;
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and maintainability of backend services.

About you

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python for AI/ML, .NET (C#) for backend development, and experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn;
• Cloud and Deployment: Strong understanding of cloud-based AI deployments (Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps workflows;
• Architecture and APIs: Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and database management (SQL, NoSQL);
• Generative AI and Optimization: Familiarity with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering) and skills in optimizing and scaling AI solutions;
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently;
• Nice to Have: Experience with Multi-Agent frameworks, FastAPI, vector databases, event-driven architecture, and a background in Reinforcement Learning or Computer Vision.
