AI Engineer – Dallas, Chicago, NY or remote Full-time

Job Description

Design, develop, and train machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Implement deep learning models using neural networks, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or other AI techniques.
Data Processing and Analysis:
Work with large datasets to preprocess and clean data for training models.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns that inform model development.
Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Apply hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and other techniques to improve model performance.
Develop production-ready AI solutions and work with software engineers to deploy models into applications or cloud environments.
Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI-driven features into products.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest AI research and trends.
Experiment with new AI frameworks and technologies to enhance the company’s capabilities.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

• Minimum Compensation: USD 40k
• Maximum Compensation: USD 160k
• Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
