AI Engineer Full-time

Job description:

• Design and develop multimodal AI models that can be easily integrated into consumer-facing applications
• Train and fine-tune AI/ML models
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to enhance products & experiences
• Implement LLM-based agentic workflows and deploy them in a secure cloud environment
• Participate in code reviews
• Technical Documentation
• Evaluate the technology capabilities of potential vendors and software partners
• Interpret creative ideas into executable engineering applications
• Run in-person and remote demos for business stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business groups, operations, and product managers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience fine-tuning diffusion / LLM models, specifically Llama 3/3.1
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-earn, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Programming Languages: JavaScript, Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
