You will actively drive target setting and offer your analytical expertise to various transformation initiatives, business units, and functions. We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our central project office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the way we do business, working with a budget of $500M annually and spearheading initiatives across Northeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with visionary leaders, including B-level and C-level executives, to shape and execute AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Lead the charge in delivering groundbreaking projects that leverage cutting-edge AI and digital technologies to transform our business.
Uncover untapped opportunities for improvement through the use of GenAI and other digital tools, and champion the development of GenAI use cases within our organization.
Demonstrate the ability to find solutions in any circumstances by leveraging anything around you.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
A proven track record of successfully driving change through the implementation of AI/ML and other digital tools.
A fearless attitude towards ambiguity, coupled with the ability to make quick decisions and take calculated risks.
Exceptional presentation skills to deliver compelling messages in various settings.
Extensive experience in project/program management, including scheduling, scoping, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in English is a must, and fluency in at least one additional language such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is highly desired (fluency in multiple languages is a definite plus).
