Join the OPTIMA Shopping Operations team and be a driving force behind Amazon’s world-class shopping experience. As an AI Data Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of how customers interact with AI when shopping online.

This is an office-based role in our Bucharest, Romania office, working Monday to Friday. Our office-based roles provide additional flexibility to work from home, with an expectation to attend the office a minimum 3 days per week. During the training period (first 6 weeks after starting date) attendance at the office will be required 5 days a week.

Key job responsibilities
• tContribute to exciting projects generating training datasets for AI platforms that power our online shopping capabilities
• tCreate engaging, high-quality content that help our AI platforms to understand and respond to text-based shopping queries
• tValidate data according to specific annotation guidelines, ensuring accuracy and quality of the collected information
• tCollaborate closely with your team to streamline data collection and curation processes
• tLeverage your analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• tFluency in both English and Italian (C1/C2 level), with a special focus on writing and editing skills and a strong command of grammar
• tProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• tHigh school diploma (Baccalaureate or equivalent)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• tPrevious experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial work
• tBachelors’ degree in a relevant field such as linguistics
• tOutstanding communication and organizational skills
• tPassion for improving customer experiences through innovative technology
