AI Business Analyst Full-time

In practice, your day-to-day

• As a AI Business Analyst, you will help our team analyze the use of our AI tools in the Business teams. You will help the projects leaders to check the success of the projects, make sure the business is well understood by the team, and use analytics to show significant results. You will:
• Use Excel to perform analysis
• Format results in PPT
• Present results to stakeholders
• Use statistical methods to show significativity of results
• Get business understanding to put analysis into the context
• Follow Agile methodology to deliver as a team to meet stakeholder expectations
• You may need to use a bit of Python to get some results from time to time
• Help the team to grow by sharing your knowledge, and analyses best practices.

• Welcome to BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where you will integrate the Analytics Hub, an innovative and creative team based in Lisbon and Porto. In both locations we offer a hybrid work model.
• You will report hierarchically to the Team Leader. The marketing side of the Hub has 3 mid-sized teams (Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Python developers), working together on complex challenges.
• The team is new and everyone is growing together. You’ll be surrounded by more than 30 colleagues working in the same field as you, sharing ideas and experiences.
• We are prepared to welcome you with an initial onboarding plan, with on the job training, online learning and networking opportunities.

• Do you have a Degree in Data Analysis, AI, Marketing?
• Do you have at least 3 years of experience in the field?
• Do you demonstrate strong analytical skills?
• Do you have knowledge on how to work with Data?
• Do you possess good skills in communication, collaboration, adaptability and initiative spirit, high focus on delivery, with a detail-oriented mindset?
• Are you fluent in oral and written English?
• Do you know Microsoft tools?
• Are you open for occasional travel in Europe?
