AI Business Analyst Full-time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to join our team. We expect candidates with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language model technologies, as well as experience in business analysis, and project delivery. The AI Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define project requirements, and deliver AI solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for AI applications
* Conduct data analysis and research to support AI project development and implementation
* Work with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI models and solutions that meet business requirements
* Develop and maintain documentation of AI projects, including requirements, and user manuals
* Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that AI solutions meet business requirements and are adopted by end-users
* Monitor and evaluate AI solution performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
* Stay up-to-date with AI industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, and project management
* Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, and experience working on AI projects
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
* Experience in the development and implementation of AI solutions is a plus
* Experience in the industry of the company is a plus
