We are currently seeking a AI-BI Advisor to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

AI-BI Advisor needs to be able to drive design and development of BI and AI driven solutions. The role requires the candidate to be hands on in across the entire SDLC stages including performing estimation, defining architecture, create high and low-level designs, code, assign & monitor tasks of other team members, coordinate deployments and ensure quality of delivered code.

10-12 years of experience in designing and developing BI and AI based solutions.

1. Familiar with and expert in at least one data source system (Oracle, SQLServer, Teradata, Statistica).
2. Experience in developing Retrieval Augmented Generation based solutions on Azure AI Services
3. Hands on experience in developing real world AI models using Open AI
4. Experience in system architecture and should have developed enterprise frameworks.
5. Proficient in development using C# or Python is a must.
6. Strong technical expertise in BI/AI is a must.
7. Must be able to develop and deploy solutions independently.
8. Experienced with business processes in healthcare domain and capable of predicting client metric and reporting needs.
9. Strong understanding of statistical analysis including quality of information, data mining analytic processes.
10. Hands on experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Cognos, Tableau.
11. Must have experience in Technical, Deployment architecture design and ability to convert the Non-functional requirements into architecture design as required.
12. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with product owners, project management, business analysts, and stakeholders.

General Duties

• Must be able to independently transform high level business EPIC’s into AI solutions.
• Create Solution Architecture and Low-Level Designs, Integration of AI/ BI solutions with legacy platform modules.
• Must be able to independently analyze legacy databases/ data sources and build BI reports without any assistance.
• Rapid prototyping, quick proof of concepts on new technologies, external vendor platforms and services
• Deploy AI/ BI solutions on Azure as well as on-premise infrastructure.
• Task assignment, monitoring, and guiding team members in delivering quality code on time.
• Conduct Code review, Configure and manage CI/CD pipeline.
• Code Documentation, adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Work closely with developers and testers to have a cross-trained team.
• Troubleshooting and resolving production environment functional, performance and security issues.
• Communicate and report progress to managers.
