Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business leaders to identify pain points and prioritize AI/automation opportunities.

Develop a roadmap and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Document and analyze business processes and requirements.

Create BRDs and process maps to guide technical teams.

Drive process improvement and innovation using AI/automation.

Oversee the implementation of AI/automation solutions, including MVPs, POCs, and demos.

Provide project and change management support during rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/process analysis and documentation.
• 3+ years working with AI/automation technologies or a strong willingness to learn.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
