AI Artist Full-time

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented AI Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will work with AI-driven tools to generate and refine art assets, optimize workflows, and integrate AI solutions with industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop and etc. You will collaborate closely with the production team to produce high-quality visual content across different formats.

What will you do?

• AI Art Generation & Optimization: Develop and optimize AI workflows using tools such as Stable Diffusion (A1111, Forge, ComfyUI), Flux, Midjourney, and Adobe software.
• Data Preparation & Training: Collect and prepare datasets, train LoRA models for Stable Diffusion and Flux, and fine-tune AI outputs to align with project requirements.
• Prompt Engineering: Create and refine prompts for generating content in Stable Diffusion, Flux, and Midjourney, ensuring high-quality results.
• Custom Node Development: Develop custom nodes for ComfyUI to enhance AI workflows and integrate them into the production pipeline.
• Image Generation & Processing: Generate, refine, and process images, including icons, logos, illustrations, backgrounds, and other art assets.
• Artwork Refinement: Collaborate on refining sketches, drafts, and rendered art to meet artistic and production standards.
• Collaboration with Production Teams: Work closely with the core production team to integrate AI-generated art into larger creative and technical workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in AI Art Tools: Extensive experience using Stable Diffusion (A1111, Forge, ComfyUI), Flux (ComfyUI), Midjourney, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Flow Optimization: Strong understanding of workflow optimization for image generation in ComfyUI, with experience integrating AI-generated content into Adobe Photoshop.
• AI Training & Fine-Tuning: Experience in dataset preparation, model training, and optimizing LoRA models for platforms like Stable Diffusion and Flux.
• Artistic Skills: Excellent understanding of composition, anatomy, form, volume, color theory, and visual design principles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of production pipelines, especially in the context of game development and digital content creation.
• Software Proficiency: In-depth experience with Adobe Photoshop and the integration of AI tools into the Adobe ecosystem.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with both technical and creative teams to deliver high-quality results.
• 3D Software Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D modeling tools like Blender for asset creation and optimization.
• Upper-intermediate English level

Nice to have

• Portfolio with AI Work: A portfolio showcasing your experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and other AI tools in creating digital art.
• Technical Artist Experience: Experience working as a technical artist, with a focus on AI workflows and tool integration.
• Programming Skills: Basic technical skills, such as knowledge of JavaScript or experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal).
• Game Industry Experience: Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in art production workflows and AI tool integration.
