AI Application Technical Lead (Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara) Full-time

We are currently looking for Field Application Engineers for Artificial Intelligence projects. You will find chance to meet various Artificial Intelligence partner companies and experience many difference Software technologies related with Al.

You will be responsible to help Huawei Artificial Intelligence Solutions Development Partners / Independent Software Vendors to develop their own Al solutions on top of Huawei’s cutting-edge Ascend AI Ecosystem. If required you will be joining our partner’s team and complete/improve their Al / Machine vision-based projects. You will then design an artificial intelligence solution based on Huawei components and you will be responsible for the ML/DL infrastructure. Overall, you will be a member of the Atlas AI Ecosystem’s technical team and spend most of your time coding, supporting ecosystem (joining events, preparing new articles in medium, creating opensource sample repos, etc.) while also advising and guiding our client in Turkey, Europe and Middle East.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Leading AI project developments, AI team task reviews and mentoring.
• Acting as technical lead in AI team, supporting team and projects.
• Communicating with Clients/Partners to build requirements and track progress.
• Facilitate the development and deployment of Proof-of-Concept (POC) ML/DL systems.
• Supporting application porting such as ML/DL model migration or framework conversion by leveling up exist applications performance.
• Giving workshop training to domestic/international partners/customers about Huawei AI/Cloud solutions such as MindStudio, ModelArts, ACL, etc.
• Maintaining awareness of the stat-of-the-art application of AI in cloud and edge stations.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of in-production/development ML/DL models.
• Being active part of the community for Huawei Ascend AI Ecosystem by providing external activities, medium articles, trainings or sample codes.
• Working closely with Headquarters, partners and customers to create smooth project development process and achieve success.
• Developing and deploying scalable tools and services for clients/partners to handle ML/DL training and inference process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master/PhD degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/Software Engineering or a related field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of experience and strong modeling experience with AI or Machine Vision or Deep Learning approaches and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MindSpore etc.
• Minimum 5 years Programming experience and solid understanding with Python programming languages and/or C/C ++ programming languages.
• Experience with Linux operating system, command, shell scripting and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with Containers, including iSula or Docker.
• Being open to domestic and international business travel.
• Good command of English with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CANN/CUDA/OpenMP/OpenCL programming targeting AI hardware accelerators.
• Experience with developing AI models in the cloud computing services such as Huawei Cloud, AWS, etc.
• Knowledge of AI hardware accelerator architectures and CPUs
• Experience with REST API frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI, Falcon, etc.
• Experience with MLOps concepts.
• Familiarity with HPC solutions.
• Understanding of software testing, benchmarking, and continuous integration.
