AI Algorithm Specialist Full-time

We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an AI Algorithm Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Engage in the research, implementation and optimization of deep learning algorithms in the field of AI, and be responsible for providing deep learning algorithm solutions for specific needs;
• Be responsible for designing and implementing deep learning models, strategies, and algorithms for specific applications for business problems, and empowering the business;
• Be responsible for the overall planning of algorithms, based on vision, voice, image, search and push algorithm capabilities, combined with the actual implementation of technology and product teams;
• Have an in-depth understanding of business scenarios, collaborate with the team, propose innovative solutions, and promote project progress.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• Master/PhD degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, mathematics and other related majors;
• 8+ years of experience in relevant work experience in the field of deep learning, more than 3 years of team management experience, and rich practical project experience, including but not limited to large-scale language models, image generation, search and push, etc.;
• Master at least one programming language such as Java and Python, have deep learning development experience, have the ability to independently implement algorithms, and have solid engineering capabilities;
• Be sensitive to data, speak with data, and believe in the value of data in driving business and supporting decision-making;
• Be familiar with the latest achievements and development trends in academia/industry, have good logical thinking ability, communication and expression skills, excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, and be passionate about challenging problems.

It will be plus if you:

• Publish conference papers or journal papers in CCF B and above;
• Have top 1% results in model competitions, such as Alibaba Tianchi Competition, Alibaba AI Security Competition, KDD Competition, etc.;
• Have the habit of open source code, and have a certain influence and advancement.
